Ladies, NOT MEN ALLOWED!!! Darn it!
If you are serious about paddling and want to become better, fast, please read this. This event is being hosted by our friends The Outside World in Dawsonville. We are not posting this as an official kayakclassesga event, but please read the announcement and call TWO to sign up or if you have any questions. Just one favor, if you do sign up, make sure you tell them that John Miller with meetup sent you!!! They offer great discounts to our members and I like to let them know we appreciate it.
Anna Levesque will be teaching a class at our store this weekend. She has a whole series of classes called Girls at Play. It is for women only and it is a great way for women to get into the sport wihtout the hassle of a bunch of macho guys.
Girls at Play - Cartecay River - July 31 9:30am - 5pm
Anna Levesque is a world famous paddler and instructor. She will be at The Outside World this Saturday to teach an all women's kayak class. No prior experience is needed and all equipment is included. You just have to have a love for the water and for adventure. The all-day class is $75 per person.
