I've heard and Donald can probably correct me but as long as you put a time down it will help you get into one of the earlier groups. Proof, I think is only required for the seeded & sub-seeded groups.

What? How did you get a # in the 80,000 range? Man...I guess I'm on my own this year. Raymond is in the 90,000's.
