You hit the nail on the head, Fit101 is designed put in place habits that are productive or improve them. We will have scheduled fitness class/outing each month. You plan will not only address strength training techiques but you can belong to the gym or not. Just a reminder, your membership dues are due before the 1st meeting which is June 9th at 7pm. All levels, there's other beginners and intermediate players. NOt to many advanced players, but I'm sure they'll disagree. ;) Come on out and play! you'll learn to play better, I'm sure.
