John is a great instructor. He's very patient with beginning kayakers. You will learn a lot and have a lot of fun. His class is a great way to experience the beauty of the Chattahoochee River. In fact, I'd recommend his kayak class as a great way to experience two true gems of Atlanta - the Chattahoochee River and John Miller. You're likely to see wildlife such as turtles, geese, ducks and blue herons along your trek. John is all about safety, fun, preparation, and enjoying the river. He's a certified instructor with the American Canoe Assoc. And he'll regale you will some great stories about paddling, the river, and its people. It's hard to not catch some of John's passion for kayaking and the great outdoors.
