A couple things were brought up initially that were to be taught/covered later in the day, but did not happen, I attribute this to circumstances outside our control and the overall good intentions of the instructors toward people on the river needing help. I am not at all feeling like I was ripped off or anything, just wanted to explain the 4 vice 5 star rating.
