Many of you have expressed an interest in learning to roll a kayak. Here is your chance.

The Outside World is offering our group a great opportunity to learn to roll in their indoor wave pool. All classes will be taught by certified instructors.

Normally they charge $50 per hour for roll classes. They are doing a special day for our group and are offering TWO HOUR sessions for just $40. That is a $60 discount.

Because of the size of the pool, the sessions will be limited to 4 students during each block of instruction. THERE ARE SEVERAL SESSIONS TO CHOOSE FROM.

We will be offering several sessions during the day. First session is from 10am to 12pm. Second session from 12pm to 2pm.

You can bring your own boat if you desire, AS LONG AS IT IS CLEAN! Or they will provide all equipment. I do recommend bringing your own PFD and helmet, if you have one. I also recommend nose clips since you will be upside down a lot. Many people like to wear swimmers goggles when they first start. Nose clips are available for purchase at TOW.

If more than 8 people want to take these classes we will try to add more sessions so it is critical that we have a good contact phone number for you if you wind up on the waiting list.

THIS IS CRITICAL:
Because of the limited spots, we can only accept reservations and payments at one website to prevent over booking. You can join the waiting list on this site but if you want to attend one of these sessions you will have to go to Atlanta Area Paddlers to register. If the session you look at is full, go to the next one, the sessions are listed as individual meetups. This link will take you to the signup page for the first session. Again, if this session is full when you visit, just look for another session. We will add sessions later in the day if the first two fill up.
