David Castaldini, the lead instructor for the Wilderness First Aid and CPR classes we had this summer, is going to teach a CPR class and then a BASIC First Aid Class. I might add he and the other instructors got rave revues about the two Wilderness First Aid classes they did for us this summer.I took the classes and they were some of the best training I have ever had.
CPR: 6-9:00 PM October 15th.
Basic First Aid: 6-9:00 PM October 20th.
The CPR Class is an American Heart Association approved class and that is who will issue your CPR card. The class will include adult, infant and the use of Automated External Defibrillator (AED). These are the portable units found in so many workplaces and public areas today. Remember, the heart you restart could be mine!
If all you need or want is Basic First Aid Class. The cost of that class is $30. Sign up for it here.
If all you need or want is CPR training, the cost is $30. Look for the announcement that says CPR Training Only, sign up there.
If you need both classes, look for the announcement that says COMBO CPR and First Aid and sign up for them there. If you sign up and pay for both classes at the same time, your fee drops to $45 for both of them.
